
It’s been a long time coming for Hell’s Kitchen condominium The Dillon, which, after an 18 month hiatus, finally went into sales mode this week. The Dillon, which is nearly complete, offers four different types of homes, including flats, penthouses, duplexes, and triplex townhomes. The building, which was designed by Smith-Miller + Hawkinson, was conceived way back in 2005, at the height of the market.
