Living in a city where you have to start out residing in a windowless box, sleeping on a twin bed with your feet hanging off one end is not the ideal situation for any young adult …

Have you ever walked down Broad Street and glanced into 15 Broad Street and see this amazing chandelier in the lobby. If you haven’t yet, I would suggest checking it out. With the newer developments (Should they still be considered new just because there are still vacant apartments?)  like 75 Wall Street and 20 Pine: The Collection lowering prices to both match the current market and undercut resales …

Rich People to Benefit from Rent Stabilization

In an ideal world, rent stabilized apartments would be reserved for those strictly in the lower and middle class – those who can’t afford an apartment that stands to skyrocket within a year or two of signing a lease. According to a new article in the New York Times, however, this isn’t the case – not at all. On the contrary, rich people who live in luxury rentals may benefit from rent stabilization. The building in question in the Times piece is that of 37 Wall Street, a property that …

Get Inside: 20 Pine The Collection

Last week, we spent an afternoon in the Financial District, touring both 20 Pine: The Collection and The Compass Lofts. You may have already read our thoughts on The Compass Lofts, but you’ve yet to hear what we thought about 20 Pine. Marc Palermo, of SHVO Marketing (the exclusive marketing team of 20 Pine), was kind enough to take us around and show us the goods. 20 Pine The Collection is a luxury high rise building housed in what used to be the home of the Chase Manhattan bank. This means …
