Coco Rocha Selling Her Condo On East 23rd Street

The New York Times recently reported that Coco Rocha, the Canadian model, has been trying to sell her two-bedroom condo located in the Gramercy Park area. She first placed it up for sale this August with an asking price of $1.65 million. After three months on the market it was reduced to $1.59 million. It would be interesting to see if this new price will attract a some buyers.
