New York City Opera Musicians Protest

For those who enjoy going to the opera, the home of the famed organization is packing its bags and leaving Lincoln Center. But the musicians are not taking the move lightly. The New York City Opera musicians spent Thursday, June 30th protesting a possible move from the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center. The General Manager, George Steel was behind the move which has yet to announce the new location.
Musicians of the prestigious arts group wasted no time in demonstrating against the move. They passed out flyers saying “Save the People’s Opera” …
