
One of the greatest things about living in a pre-war building in New York is that you’re sure that your home is steeped in history. Sure, the rooms might be smaller, there might be more stairs and, unless your home has been gut renovated, some less than lovely details – but living in a pre-war home means that your place of residence has a story.
