The New York Times recently reported that Coco Rocha, the Canadian model, has been trying to sell her two-bedroom condo located in the Gramercy Park area. She first placed it up for sale this August with an asking price of $1.65 million. After three months on the market it was reduced to $1.59 million. It would be interesting to see if this new price will attract a some buyers.

It looks like an amazing space for a 22-year old to live in, but apparently her and her artist husband are over Manhattan scene and want to head for where the hipsters roam in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Hey, everyone has their preference in neighborhoods. This is why living in New York is so amazing.

From what I see the condo’s best feature is the terrace. A large outdoor space is hard to come by in the city.
